Overview Birchwood Group is a forward-looking company with retail stores, workshops and facilities based across the south coast of Sussex and Hampshire. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, we are looking for a highly motivated individual, ready to hit the ground running, with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service, to join our busy sales department at our Ford dealership in Hastings. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will support and guide customers every step of the way throughout the purchase of their new vehicle. Your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Identify and encourage potential customers Provide great customer service Build and maintain strong customer relationships Meet customer needs/expectations Produce suitable options to the customer and adapt to their buying strategy Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets Liaise with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless service Other duties as required Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: Sales experience Approachable Strong communication skills Negotiation skills Passion for cars Flexible with a positive outlook and a team player Package: Salary: £16,000 basic (OTE £45,000) Hours: 41.5hrs per week - Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 18:00, Saturday 08.30 to 17.00 (day off in the week in lieu of Saturday working).
