Description
HR Administrator:
* Provide administrative support to the HR team.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data compliance.
* Support administration for investigation packs, ensuring all documents are recorded.
* Handle general HR queries, managing the inbox.
* Process driving licence checks, DBS checks on the update service, appraisals administration.
* Ensure all HR documentation aligns with company policies and legal requirements.
Profile
HR Administrator:
* Previous experience in HR Administration role essential.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to manage multiple priorities.
* Microsoft office skills including Word and Excel.
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
