Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the City of Peterborough for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. They will also handle performance management, training and development, and support organizational development initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven HR experience in a generalist capacity.
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* High attention to detail and confidentiality.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
* Own vehicle and valid UK driving licence (multi-site role).
Desirable Attributes
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
* Experience working in the education sector.
* Previous experience implementing an HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
