Reginald Gray is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a temporary opportunity on a high end commercial refurbishment project in Berkshire. The role is expected to run until mid April, circa 10 weeks.
The successful candidate will join a high performing project team to support the successful completion and handover of this prestigious scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day to day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards
* Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and site labour
* Implementation and monitoring of health and safety in line with UK legislation and company procedures
* Review and control of RAMS and method statements
* Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
* Monitoring progress against the construction programme and reporting to the Project Manager
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and finish throughout the project
* Managing snagging works and supporting practical completion and handover
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and the supply chain as required
* Maintaining accurate site records including site diaries and progress reports
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishment projects
* Strong working knowledge of UK health and safety regulations
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
* Ability to integrate quickly into an established team and add immediate value
