About you Minimum of 5 years' relevant HR experience, ideally at managerial or senior generalist level Proven track record delivering TUPE processes in UK organisations Experience managing UK visa sponsorship and immigration compliance Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and early careers development Strong employee relations background within complex or multi-site settings Solid understanding of UK & NI employment law and HR policies Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership Comfortable in high-pressure, change-driven environments What you'll do Lead and manage TUPE processes ensuring compliant employee transitions Support organisational change initiatives, restructuring, and workforce planning Manage immigration and visa sponsorship activities to support hiring needs Drive apprenticeship and early careers programmes to develop future talent Handle complex employee relations issues, including grievances and investigations Provide HR guidance and support to senior leaders across UK & NI operations Contribute to HR reporting, audits, and data-driven decision making Offer pragmatic, solutions-focused HR leadership during a period of growth For further information on this role, apply via the link or contact the Emma Hall at the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
