Position Statement:
The Senior Manager of Planning & Governance will hold a key position within the organization, reporting to a Director. Their primary responsibilities include identifying, testing, refining, and activating pricing, inventory, and capability enhancements. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless integration and adoption of initiatives across all RMCC hotels and stakeholders in the EMEA region (currently over 480 hotels).
Position Summary:
The Senior Manager collaborates with global stakeholders and participates in project workgroups to execute initiatives across a complex, multi-brand, multi-region hotel portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
1. Regional Considerations: Ensuring regional nuances are considered before testing new initiatives to support the diverse EMEA hotel portfolio.
2. Strategic Hotel Selection: Carefully selecting hotels for pilots, balancing impact and workload, and securing stakeholder agreement.
3. Effective Communication: Clearly articulating the benefits of initiatives and securing stakeholder buy-in.
4. Pilot Monitoring: Monitoring implementation during pilots and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
5. Collaboration and Refinement: Working with global teams to identify issues, refine processes, and adjust as needed.
6. Scaling Initiatives: Expanding successful initiatives across more hotels, ensuring consistent implementation.
7. Change Management: Implementing practices for smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
8. Morale and Engagement: Maintaining stakeholder and team morale, ensuring effective engagement and execution.
The role also involves collaborating with global teams focused on pricing, innovations, and capabilities, supporting RMCC teams in Europe and the Middle East & Africa for successful initiative implementation.
Direct Reports: Potential for direct reports at the Manager level, likely starting in 2026 as initiatives scale.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Prior Hilton experience
* Excellent communication skills (presentations, writing, public speaking)
* Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
* Experience in end-to-end project management
* Strong stakeholder relationship skills across EMEA
* People management/leadership experience of diverse teams
* Ability to perform under high pressure
* Willingness to adapt to change
* Strong analytical skills for data evaluation and communication

* Proficiency in Hilton systems (OnQ R&I, GRO)
