Ready to take an established golf club’s hospitality offering to the next level?
We’ve recently partnered with Hazel Grove Golf Club—a busy, much-loved club with a loyal membership—and we’re looking for a hands-on, driven Bar & Catering Manager to lead the charge in elevating its food and beverage experience.
What the role involves
* Taking the lead on the day-to-day running of the bar and lounge food and beverage offering—ensuring smooth, stylish service from morning coffee to post-round pints
* Responding to enquiries, building great client relationships, and making sure food service for members, visitors, and events runs like clockwork
* Co-ordinating buffet events, private parties, and club functions with flair, confidence, and a warm welcome
* Juggling rotas, staffing, stock, compliance, and financials to keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes
* Being the friendly, go-to face of hospitality at the club—approachable, professional, and always service-driven
This is an exciting opportunity to build on strong foundations. Working collaboratively with our experienced Vanilla in Allseasons team, you’ll lead the front-of-house operation and help transform the bar and catering offer into something truly memorable. From everyday service to special events, your leadership will help raise standards, increase profitability, and enhance the club’s overall experience.
You’ll head up a small, dedicated team, work closely with the kitchen, and take ownership of all aspects of bar and catering operations—from rotas, stock, and compliance to member relations, event planning, and financial performance. While based at Hazel Grove, you and your team will be a valued part of the wider Vanilla in Allseasons family—working alongside industry professionals who share a passion for genuine hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You'll be supported, encouraged, and empowered to lead with warmth, professionalism, and the high standards that define everything V in A stands for.
