This is a standalone role for a successful manufacturing business in central Gloucester which has benefitted from capital investment and is part of a European group.
There is c 100 employees and the role is based on site.
We are looking for an HR Generalist with broad experience of all aspects of the employee life cycle. You will be working with and supporting your key stakeholders as part of the Leadership team and building relationships across all levels of the business including the shop floor.
Ideally you will have gained a professional HR qualification (or equivalent) or be studying for one.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential to your success.
