Institutional Sales Executive – UK

I am working on a confidential mandate for a well-established US brokerage firm seeking to hire an Institutional Sales Executive to support its continued growth in the UK and EMEA region.
This role will focus on originating and developing new institutional client relationships, working with hedge funds, asset managers, proprietary trading firms, family offices, and other professional investors. Coverage will be multi-asset, supported by a robust electronic trading and execution platform.
The Role
* Primary responsibility for new business development with institutional clients
* Build and manage a pipeline of prospective institutional accounts
* Engage senior investment and trading professionals in a consultative manner
* Represent a high-quality brokerage and trading platform to sophisticated investors
* Work closely with internal teams across execution, onboarding, and client support

* Proven experience in institutional sales within brokerage, execution, trading, or market-access businesses
* A strong understanding of institutional trading workflows across multiple asset classes
* Demonstrated ability to originate, develop, and close new client relationships
* Commercial, proactive mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
* Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment
