About Our Client
This opportunity is with a medium-sized organisation in the property industry, known for its focus on delivering quality services. Due to a period of growth, they are looking for a temporary HR Administrator to join their team in April, to assist with administration for the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be used to working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and comfortable with all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Job Description
3. Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and efficiency.
4. Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
5. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies.
6. Contracts and offer letters
7. Administering any employee changes on the system to assist with payroll
8. Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
9. Respond to HR-related queries from employees and management in a timely manner.
10. Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as contracts and correspondence.
11. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
12. Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
13. Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within Human Resources.
14. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
15. Proficiency in using office software and HR systems.
16. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
17. A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
18. A solid understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
19. Live locally to Hemel Hempstead and able to work from the office at least 3 times a week
20. Able to start a new role as of April (for at least 3 months)
