Duties and Responsibilities
* Create and manage employee data in the HRIS (WorkDay), ensuring info and organisational structure are accurate at all times.
* Support the HR team with maintenance of HRIS (WorkDay).
* Lead initiatives to design and implement automation within HRIS to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
* Provide and update HR reports and analysis using HRIS, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
* Maintain employee electronic records, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
* Update and maintain company policies and handbook in line with current legislation.
* Maintain company compliance with the right to work in the UK and support first‑day induction process.
* Onboard/induct new starters to the company, HRIS and benefits.
* Maintenance of SharePoint pages with benefits, HR policies and general HR information.
* Provide accurate data from the HRIS and employee files for auditing purposes when required.
* Process forms for external third parties such as background checks and references.
* Produce and update employment contracts and variation letters.
* Conduct exit surveys and feedback to Exec team and line managers.
* Conduct risk assessments for expectant and new mothers.
* Work with department managers and team leaders on absence issues/patterns and other leave requests.
* Work with managers on administration of flexible working requests.
* Any other ad‑hoc tasks as required from time to time by the HR Manager.
Qualifications
* CIPD Level 3 or relevant work experience.
* Strong administration and analysis skills.
* Experience with WorkDay is essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain internal relationships.
* Strong facilitation, time‑management and organisational skills.
* Proactive, flexible team player with an excellent work ethic.
* Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
* SharePoint and PowerPoint experience is desirable but not essential.
* Previous experience working within an HR team is essential.
