* Base Salary: £22,750 (plus guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months)
* Estimated Earnings: £30,000 – £32,000

The Job
Assist customers in buying or selling homes, present, negotiate, and manage sales while delivering a top‑tier service. Arrange viewings & appointments, generate leads, negotiate deals, and drive sales. Guide customers through the exciting buying/selling journey and celebrate handing over keys to new homeowners.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 12 months experience in an estate agency (essential)

About the Role
Base location: Chichester, West Sussex. Work pattern: 5 days a week, with a flexible Saturday schedule (3 on, 1 off).
