Monday - Wednesday 10:30am - 8:00pm
Thursday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
One Saturday a month 9:00am - 5:00pm

We’re searching for ambitious, people-centred sales professionals with strong direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience — individuals who can build genuine trust, guide patients with confidence, and close effectively without hard selling.
What You’ll Do
* Welcome patients on consultation calls and guide them through their premium smile transformation.
* Build rapport using empathy, active listening, and a consultative approach.
* Confidently handle objections around price, time, trust, and treatment anxiety.
* Ensure every patient is booked with a clinician within 7 days of sign-up.
* Collaborate with clinical teams to deliver a seamless, 5-star patient experience.

Who We’re Looking For
* 3–5+ years of consultative, D2C sales experience
* Strong ability to uncover motivations and map customer pain points
* Comfortable working in regulated environments (FCA/GDC knowledge a bonus)
* Ambitious, driven, positive, and highly coachable
