Sales Executive Required in the Croydon area
1. £18k basic salary + £55,000 OTE
2. 5 Day working week, 1 in 3 Sundays

We are in search of a Sales Executive to join our Client’s Main Dealer in the Croydon area.
Our Client is part of a large network is dealerships and are looking to add to their team to cope with an increase of enquires and volume of new vehicles finally being delivered from factory.
They are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their team providing excellent customer service and assisting with car sales targets!
Our Client is offering the successful Sales Executive:
4. Premium Branded Car Dealer
5. A Basic Salary up to £21,000 (Depending on Performance) + Uncapped OTE £55,000

Duties of a Sales Executive:
9. Ensure clients receive credible and thorough advice through their detailed knowledge of our brand and products
10. Extract all opportunities from both incoming enquiries as well as from dedicated customer follow-up and prospecting activities, to deliver a unique and personable customer experience.
11. Follow the sales process prospecting to maximise sales opportunities and customer loyalty
12. Demonstrate vehicles and options, including test drives, ensuring customer safety, adhering to legal regulations and internal procedures
13. Fully maintain accurate data relating to customers and enquiries
14. Carry out an accurate appraisal of all vehicles presented for part exchange
15. Keep updated with the FCA Compliance Assessment, working within the Insurance Code of Business guidelines
16. Achieve Sales Executive accreditation.

21. Ensure the appropriate level of management control and system exploitation is applied to all relevant systems
22. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
