Operating under the direction of our Board of Trustees and within the strategic framework approved by our Board and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Trust HR Operations Manager will provide operational support to the Trust HR Operations Officer. The role will build HR capability and capacity across our Trust’s schools to ensure the delivery of a high quality, efficient, and effective HR service. As a key member of our HR team, the postholder will deliver a professional, forward thinking, and comprehensive HR operational service to academies and central services. The role will provide proactive, practical, and high quality HR advice and support to managers and senior leaders, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, education sector requirements, Trust policies, and best practice. The postholder will enable strong, effective, and efficient people management, supporting organisational performance, workforce engagement, and positive employee relations across our Trust. The successful candidate will need to be able to travel between schools within our Trust. This role is permanent at 36 hours per week – term time plus 4 weeks, with an actual pro rata salary of £32,503–£36,956, TMBC Grade G, Points 23–28.
