We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our clients team based between Burton-on-Trent and Swadlincote. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their HR career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and issue employee communications, which will include employment contracts, pay review letters, pension etc
* Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of the HR system, performing regular checks to ensure information is logged and updated correctly
* Analyse HR data to identify trends and support process improvements or streamlining opportunities
* Provide general HR administrative support across all areas of the function
* Assist the team with ad-hoc HR projects and duties as required
