Role Overview
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential investors, introducing them to property investment opportunities, and booking appointments for the senior sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
* Identify potential investors and qualify their interest
* Explain the benefits of property investment and the services offered
* Book appointments for the senior sales team
* Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions

* Experience in telesales or a similar phone-based sales role
* Confidence in making outbound calls and speaking with potential investors
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Target-driven with a positive attitude
* Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
