Onboarding Coordinatior - 3-month contract. Overview We are seeking a Onboarding Coordinator to join A Workforce & Talent Acquisition team, for our global banking client for a 3-month contract. This role supports the onboarding function across multiple countries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant right-to-work processes. Key Responsibilities Deliver HR onboarding tasks with accuracy and strong customer service, including right-to-work verification for several countries. Log and manage requests, answer queries, prepare documents, chase outstanding actions, and update systems. Maintain employee records across relevant HR systems, including document storage. Serve as the go-to expert for work authorization processes, providing guidance and training to new and existing team members. Ensure process documents, training materials, and workflows remain up to date and compliant. Skills & Experience Experience working in a Shared Services or centralised HR operations environment. Strong admin experience. Strong knowledge of work authorization and right-to-work processes. Background screening experience is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with applicant tracking or HR systems, ideally Workday. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Ability to manage confidential information sensitively and professionally.
