Sweet Bee Organics is a fast growing organic wellness and skincare brand with teams across the UK and US. As we scale, we are looking for an experienced UK HR Manager to own and professionalise our people function in the UK, while partnering closely with leadership to support a high performance, values led culture.
This is a hands on, operational role with real influence across the business.
The Role
The UK HR Manager will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle across the UK business. You will ensure our HR foundations are strong, compliant, and scalable, while also supporting managers and teams through growth, change, and increasing complexity.
You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and a practical, visible presence for the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own all UK HR operations including recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
2. Ensure full compliance with UK employment law, policies, and best practice
3. Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters
4. Lead employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance issues
