We are looking for a Site Manager that has experience of working within Social Housing on a SHDF / Retrofit projects. You will be delivering refurbishment programs to occupied properties, through effective management of your site team of Assistant Site Managers and RLO's You must have experience of delivering similar projects with a main contractor, delivering projects on time and within budget.
Duties:
* Controlling the overall direction and whilst maintaining financial control of the contract
* Work in partnership with the client and client representatives, to ensure that a high quality service delivery is actually provided
* Cost control and subcontractor management
* Carry out onsite inspections, undertake investigations, enquiries, prepare reports
* Liaison with the client and contract administrators
* Health and safety on the site
* Scheduling and procurement of materials
* Chair sub-contractor progress meetings
* SMSTS is required
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 plus travel allowance or Van & Fuel card
