Site Manager – Fit-Out / Refurb | Motherwell | Short-Term Cover We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable main contractor for a Site Manager to provide short-term cover on a fit-out/refurbishment project in Motherwell, South Lanarkshire area. This role is ideally suited to someone with recent experience in managing internal refurbishment or commercial fit-out works, with an active CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certification. Key Details: Location: South Lanarkshire Start Date: Ideally Friday 4th July, or Monday 7th July at the latest Hours: Up to 40 hours per week Duration: 2-week contract Rate: Competitive, paid via CIS, PAYE, Umbrella or Ltd Company – your choice Requirements: Valid CSCS card SMSTS certification First Aid certification Proven experience in managing commercial refurb or fit-out projects You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on site, maintaining health & safety standards, coordinating trades and ensuring smooth project delivery while the permanent manager is on leave.
