Are you the ER expert everyone turns to when a case gets complicated?
Do you thrive in fast-paced, multi-site environments where your judgement, confidence, and knowledge truly matter?
We're looking for a sharp, commercially minded HR Manager with deep, hands-on experience of complex ER and expert-level knowledge of UK Employment Law. Someone who can take a case from start to outcome independently—and can guide leaders with authority, clarity, and confidence.
You’ll partner with a broad mix of sites and leadership teams (all with different levels of HR knowledge), so communication, influence, and adaptability are key. If you’ve cut your teeth in hospitality, retail, catering, contract services, or fast-food/QSR head office, you’ll feel right at home.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Owning complex ER cases end-to-end
* Providing rock-solid UK Employment Law advice
* Coaching leaders with varying levels of HR capability
* Supporting organisational change across multiple sites
* Bringing commercial thinking to every ER decision
* Driving consistency, fairness, and compliance
What We’re Looking For
* Proven HR Manager with extensive complex ER experience
* UK Employment Law expert (you’re the person others ask for guidance)
* Multi-site background: hospitality, retail, catering, contracts, QSR etc.
* Astute, articulate, influential communicator
* CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent experience) ideal
