About The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of that, converting warm leads into loyal customers and turning conversations into commercial wins. Collaboration is key, so our Trade, Supply, and Finance teams are right beside you, helping ensure every deal runs smoothly and every customer feels like a priority.
You'll be selling smarter, not harder. Your job is to understand customer needs, build trust fast, and deliver tailored packages that make their lives easier and their businesses run smoother. You'll be managing your own client base, nurturing relationships, and jumping on new leads as they land. Whether it's a one-off order or a strategic bulk deal, you'll be the expert guiding customers through the process with confidence and clarity. Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
* Handle inbound calls and process orders with care and accuracy
* Build rapport and ask the right questions to understand customer needs
* Develop and maintain a healthy business pipeline
* Proactively acquire new customers and grow your client base
* Send and follow up on quotes via phone and email
* Conduct market tests and feed insights back to the team
* Hit and exceed your individual and team KPIs for revenue and margin
* Be available across direct lines and the main business line to capture new opportunities and support existing clients
* Work shifts Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm
* Basic Salary £28,408
* Uncapped commission which we can back up- 85% of the team took home over £40k OTE, with top earners taking home over £50k
