We have a new PERMANENT requirement for recruiter.
This position is A Hybrid role. Min 1 day in the office in Ashford, Kent. 4 days at home.
Ideally we are looking for an experienced recruiter, however we will consider applicants with experience in similar roles or allied industries, or even Junior recruiter looking for grow within the business.
Full training is provided, progression and advancement within our business is offered to all staff.
Overview of the Recruiter role:
* Collaborating closely with our clients to comprehend and fulfil their site requirements
* Resourcing suitable personnel for our clients by leveraging various online platforms, posting advertisements, and utilising our existing database
* Recruiting and Deploying those individuals and weekly check in with the projects they are engaged in
* Ensuring complete adherence to Right to Work compliance, policies and procedures.
* Administrative and IT responsibilities
