Location: Leeds LS13
Hours: Full-time, rotating shifts
Shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Our client is a well-established timber manufacturing company looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join the production team. This is a hands-on role in a busy factory environment, suitable for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with timber production and manufacturing processes
Loading and unloading timber and finished products
Operating basic machinery (full training provided)
Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
Supporting machine operators and skilled workers
Following all health & safety procedures
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to carry out manual handling and physical tasks
Willingness to work rotating shifts (6–2 / 2–10)
Good timekeeping and reliability
Previous factory or labouring experience preferred but not essential
