Internal Recruiter | High Volume Recruitment | Remote with Travel in the Midlands and to Yorkshire | National Logistics Business | Temporary - Immediate Start | £35K
Gleeson Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading national logistics organisation to recruit an experienced Internal Recruiter. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing business where talent acquisition plays a critical role in operational success.
Working remotely, with regular travel to key sites across the North and Warwickshire region, you will take ownership of high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring the business attracts and secures the talent needed to support its continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of high-volume operational and support roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities
Create engaging job adverts and sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessment processes
Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Monitor recruitment activity, providing regular updates and reporting to stakeholders
Support onboarding and offer management processes
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needsAbout You
Previous experience within an internal recruitment or agency recruitment
Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment campaigns (circa 50 roles at once)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Able to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
Experience recruiting within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, or other operational environments would be highly advantageous
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as requiredWhat's on Offer
