Our client is a prestige dealership looking to recruit experienced and exceptional Sales Executives to join their busy and thriving site.
Sales Executive Role:
1. Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
2. Discuss funding options and sell additional F&I products.
3. Build and maintain your customer database.
4. Follow a sales process while providing excellent customer service and building long-term rapport.
5. Maintain a professional approach and first-class people skills.
6. Be driven and highly motivated to succeed, demonstrating success in current role regarding sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings, etc.).
7. Work with the team to drive departmental performance and be willing to go the extra mile.
About You:
You should have experience in a Sales Executive role within the motor industry and a successful career history.
You need to follow a structured sales process and build strong rapport with customers.
You must be determined to succeed, driven to improve your performance daily, and possess a valid UK driving licence.
