The Role
We seek an enthusiastic and proactive individual responsible for leading and maintaining the Healthcare Quality Management System (QMS) across clinics and satellites. The role involves implementing the system to continually improve service quality and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with HFEA and CQC licenses, registration, and relevant guidelines and directives.

* Full-time position, 37.5 hours/week
* Fixed-term contract from May to December 2025
* Location: Thames Valley Fertility, Maidenhead
* Salary: Competitive, based on experience
* Pension: Dual Contribution scheme
* Holiday: 27 days + bank holidays (pro-rata)
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incidents, non-conformances, complaints, audits, and reviews
* Establish and oversee quality, risk, and governance strategies
* Maintain HFEA license and CQC registration
* Develop and monitor quality policies and indicators
* Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
* Train and motivate staff to support QMS
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree or equivalent qualification/experience
* Recognised management or healthcare qualification
* Experience with QMS, risk management, incident investigation
* Experience managing complaints and developing policies
* Project management experience within complex organizations
