With operations across South Africa, Australia, and Europe, we deliver software, hardware, and client services to a seasonal, shift-based workforce. Now we're scaling up, and we need a versatile HR Manager to join us at this exciting stage.
The Role:
This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic HR leadership with hands-on delivery. You'll support our C-Suite in Europe, help steer organisational design, and at the same time, manage the practical people operations that keep our teams running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HR operations across Europe, ensuring alignment with global teams.
• Drive change management and organisational design during a period of restructure.
• Support a diverse, client delivery workforce (casuals, seasonal shifts, hospitality/tech blend).
• Manage redundancies, performance, and difficult conversations with professionalism and resilience.
• Deliver day-to-day HR operations, from onboarding to employee relations.
• Oversee cultural initiatives – whether it's shareholder meetings, team socials, or the Christmas party.
• Provide data-driven HR insight to inform leadership and shareholder decisions.
Essential Requirements:
• 8–10 years' experience in HR/People leadership, ideally within technology or hospitality sectors.
• Strong background in change management, restructures, and employee relations.
• Proven ability to support both executive leadership and frontline delivery teams.
• Hands-on, no-ego approach – comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed.
• Skilled communicator with the confidence to ask tough questions and build trust at all levels.
• Resilient, empathetic, and ready to guide teams through challenging transitions.
