Site Manager - Civils (Permanent)

Overview
A permanent Site Manager is required to support the delivery of two major civils-led projects within a holiday park environment. The works involve installing caravan bases, constructing new access roads, and delivering extensions to existing leisure and clubhouse facilities. The site is currently a live golf course undergoing significant redevelopment, and an additional Site Manager is needed to work alongside the existing team.
These projects have a combined value of approximately £6m, forming part of a wider leisure development programme.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full day-to-day site management of civils and new-build works
2. Conducting site inductions for all operatives and subcontractors
3. Overseeing health & safety compliance across the project
4. Managing and reviewing RAMS
5. Coordinating a workforce of 40-50 operatives
6. Supervising 2-3 working foremen
7. Liaising with a visiting Project Manager
8. Ensuring programme, quality, and safety targets are met
9. Managing site logistics and daily reporting
Candidate Profile
10. Strong civils background
11. Experience in new-build or leisure sector projects beneficial
12. Capable of managing medium-sized teams and multiple work fronts
13. Able to work a rotating shift pattern (7 days on / 5 days on)
14. Available to work two weekends per month
15. Open to travel; accommodation provided
