As the Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality through effective management and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS). You will lead a dedicated team of quality professionals, overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and control in our additive manufacturing processes.
* Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with ISO9001:2015, industry standards, and customer requirements.
* Manage and lead a team of quality assurance specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product quality.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on quality metrics, driving accountability and transparency across the organization.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and certifications relevant to additive manufacturing and fabrication.
* Champion a culture of quality throughout the organization, promoting awareness and adherence to best practices.

Education/Professional Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
* Expertise in developing and maintaining QMS frameworks, with knowledge of ISO 9001.
* Certification as a Quality Engineer (CQE), Quality Auditor (CQA), or similar credentials is a plus.
Experiences & Abilities:
* Proven experience in quality management within the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of additive manufacturing processes and materials.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
* Experience in conducting audits and implementing CAPA processes.

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
