Job Title: Group Sales Executive
Join TLH Leisure Resort as a Group Sales Executive, focusing on promoting our resort to specialist groups, particularly bowling tour operators. This role involves developing relationships, securing bookings, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively promote TLH Leisure Resort to specialist groups, especially bowling tour operators.
2. Research and identify new connections; confidently initiate contact.
3. Develop ongoing relationships with organizers and operators from initial contact through to arrival.
4. Secure commitments and sales for group bookings, meeting personal and team sales targets.
5. Meet group organizers as needed; a full UK driving license is advantageous.
6. Maintain a thorough understanding of available services and products.
7. Ensure smooth booking processes through strong administration and computer skills, primarily using Microsoft Office.
8. Collaborate seamlessly with team members to provide excellent service and encourage repeat bookings.
9. Maintain a positive, professional attitude and respect the diverse needs of all groups.
10. Ensure booking details are accurate and completed according to TLH policies, promoting safety and sustainability.
Role Details:
This position is primarily office-based within our Sales & Marketing department, with occasional in-person meetings. The ideal candidate will specialize in selling to bowling clubs for indoor, outdoor, and short mat tours, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Candidate Requirements:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Sales experience in hospitality and knowledge of bowling are desirable but not mandatory.

Hours and Pay:
This full-time, permanent role offers flexible hours (32-40 hours/week over 4 or 5 days), with shifts discussed at interview. Hourly rate: £12.50.
