Central Employment are working with an established and fast growing Manufacturing organisation in County Durham. Due to aggressive targets in 2026, they are seeking a driven and focused Senior Sales Executive.
Full time onsite role in County Durham
£30,000 DOE + bonus and sales team incentives
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by managing an existing client base and developing new business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying new markets, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying and developing new market areas and generating new business opportunities
* Conducting outbound calls and following up on new leads
* Providing excellent customer service to both new and existing clients
* Preparing and sending quotations and processing orders
* Maintaining and developing positive relationships with clients
* Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Sending out marketing materials and replacement parts when required
Experience required:
You’ll be a confident, personable, and motivated individual with a proven track record in B2B product sales. You’ll have the enthusiasm and drive to exceed targets, combined with the ability to build long-lasting customer relationships.
You will have:
* Proven experience in B2B industrial product sales with a strong record of success, ideally 3+ years
* The ability to convert new business from a cold approach
* First-class negotiating skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* A passion for delivering great service and achieving results
* UK driving licence, due to client meetings and to represent the company at events, expo’s
