Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Keele University (Hybrid working - 2 days per week onsite)

What You’ll Do:
As a Recruiter, you will be at the heart of our operations, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage fast-paced, high-volume recruitment campaigns.
* Source and attract top talent using various channels and methods.
* Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
* Deliver a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
