Offering a full design‑to‑construction service, they are committed to quality and client satisfaction, serving both professional and grassroots facilities with high‑performance playing surfaces.
About the Role:
As a Site Manager – Civils & Drainage, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering drainage and civils projects. You will ensure that all works are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. This role involves close collaboration with subcontractors, adherence to health and safety regulations, and effective programme management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage civils and drainage projects from inception to completion.
* Develop and implement RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements).
* Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
* Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
* Manage site documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
Essential:
* Proven experience in civils and deep drainage projects.
* Strong knowledge of RAMS and programme management.
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
* Excellent subcontractor management skills.
* Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Desirable:
* Experience with crate system drainage.
* Familiarity with highways/interface works.
* Experience in tight programme delivery.
