Involve Recruitment are in search of an experienced Site Manager ready to take full control as the No.1 on site with a leading residential contractor.
We are working with a leading residential contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-end, design-led developments across Bristol and the South West. These are not standard volume units — the projects consist of bespoke, high-specification homes, built with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. The Role
As the No.1 Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of your site, ensuring delivery is safe, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
* Full site management and programme delivery
* Managing subcontractors and direct labour
* Driving health & safety compliance and site standards
* Ensuring build quality and NHBC compliance
* Client and stakeholder liaison
* Reporting to Contracts/Project Manager
* Leading and motivating the site team
Given the bespoke nature of the builds, strong technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail are ideal.
About You
* Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on residential schemes
* Experience delivering high-spec or bespoke housing (desirable)
* Excellent knowledge of traditional build processes
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified
