HR Manager The Opportunity: Reporting to the HR Lead of this well established engineering company employing 200 staff in Somerset, the HR Manager will embrace every aspect of this interesting 360 Generalist role. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the people strategy whilst providing expert HR advice and operational support to managers and employees, with a particular focus on cultivating a positive workplace culture and driving HR initiatives that align with the unique needs of a manufacturing environment.
