Responsibilities

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Participate in menu planning and development, offering creative input for new dishes.
* Serve meals to customers when required, ensuring an excellent presentation and service quality.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or similar environment.
* Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
* Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
* Previous kitchen experience is highly desirable, particularly in a fast-paced setting.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation.
