We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Sales Executive to take ownership of a dynamic territory within the On Trade sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining sales, marketing, and relationship management to drive business growth.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities across catering, quick service restaurants, bars, pubs, and key accounts, while also developing and strengthening existing partnerships. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial in mindset, highly organised, and naturally confident engaging with decision makers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Territory Ownership
* Analyse customer potential and develop effective territory and route plans
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
* Ensure strong product visibility, availability, and activation across accounts
* Work collaboratively with wider commercial and key account teams to maximise presence and performance
Relationship Management
* Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders including Food & Beverage Managers and business owners
* Become a knowledgeable and reliable point of contact within your territory
* Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and energy
* Identify growth opportunities and turn them into effective sales and marketing initiatives
* Use strong communication and negotiation skills to increase distribution and drive commercial success
* Support product launches and promotional activity across your territory
