The Opportunity
Hill McGlynn is currently recruiting for a Trainee Site Manager on behalf of a reputable main contractor delivering projects across Medway, Kent and London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their construction career, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of fit out, refurbishment, and cut & carve projects.
You will work closely with experienced Site Managers and project teams, developing your skills while contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of construction sites
* Support coordination of subcontractors and site activities
* Monitor health & safety compliance and site standards
* Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
* Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
About You
1. Previous experience within the construction industry (site-based experience preferred)
2. Exposure to fit out, refurbishment, or cut & carve projects is advantageous
