In this role, youll support the delivery and optimisation of customer communications across multiple digital channels, helping make smarter, data-driven marketing decisions.</p><p>You’ll play a key role in analysing campaign performance, uncovering insights, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve how they engage with their customers.</p><p><b>What You’ll Be Responsible For:</b></p><ul><li>Supporting the planning and execution of automated customer communication campaigns across digital channels</li><li>Monitoring campaign performance against commercial, customer experience, and regulatory metrics</li><li>Analysing data and producing insightful reports to guide business decisions</li><li>Enhancing digital communication channels (e.g. personalised content and product videos)</li><li>Collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and wider groups stakeholders</li><li>Assisting with the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials</li><li>Ensuring brand consistency and alignment across all communications</li><li>Supporting ad hoc projects aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements</li></ul><p><b>What Were Looking For</b></p><p><b>Skills & Experience</b></p><ul><li>Experience in a marketing or communications role with a strong focus on campaign analysis and reporting</li><li>Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)</li><li>Experience working in a regulated environment (ideally with FCA awareness)</li><li>Ability to work across multiple stakeholders, including international teams</li></ul><p><b>Attributes</b></p><ul><li>Customer-first mindset with a passion for improving communication</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities</li><li>Proactive, curious, and eager to continuously improve</li><li>Comfortable working with large datasets and presenting insights clearly</li><li>Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p>Office Angels is an equal‑opportunities employer.
