Our welcoming physical centres deliver expert support and innovative learning tailored to each child’s needs. We’re expanding rapidly and seeking motivated sales professionals passionate about education and driving growth by connecting families with our impactful services.
This is an exciting full-time opportunity to support a high-performing, recognised education-based company where you will be working alongside Senior Managers from PwC, experienced Front-Office Traders, and a Corporate Lawyer.
The Company’s work spans multiple industries including but not limited to sales, marketing, recruitment, and tutoring.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct online meetings and consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, present Learning Labs’ programmes, and guide them through the booking process for our physical branches.
Engage with inbound inquiries (via phone, web forms, or walk-ins) and convert them into confirmed bookings at the appropriate branch;
Confidently pitch the company’s educational offerings (e.g. tutoring, after-school programmes) to parents and students in a structured, persuasive, and consultative manner;
Build strong rapport with parents to understand their child’s educational needs and recommend suitable programmes or packages;
Book consultations, assessments, or trial sessions at the nearest or most appropriate physical branch, ensuring a seamless experience;
Collaborate closely with centre managers to coordinate bookings, ensure smooth transitions from sales to service, and optimise branch-level capacity;
Essential Skills and Experience
Minimum qualifications include an undergraduate degree (or higher qualifications) from a respected university in a major city;
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are essential;
Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy;
Excellent organisational and time management skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Willingness to adapt to requirements of international educational institutions and international clients by adapting to London (British Summer Time) time-zone; and
Private a ccess to a solid and reliable internet connection.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within a London or New York based sales and marketing or corporate environment is preferred (though not essential) ; and
Foreign language skills are not essential but may be advantageous, as we work with internationalclients.

Flexibility
Whilst we have offices in London, you are able to perform this role on a remote basis if you happen to be located in any other city in the world. Our clients are located in London so you would join meetings virtually .
