As they continue to expand, theyre looking for a smart, energetic and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive sales engagement, customer service and brand presence from the inside out. Your Sales Executive Role at a Glance: This is a hybrid role combining customer-focused sales support with hands-on marketing activity. Youll be working closely with clients, account managers and the wider marketing team to grow revenue, strengthen brand awareness and deliver a truly premium customer experience. What Youll Be Doing: Sales Responsibilities: Handle inbound enquiries from retail and trade customers (phone, email, web and showroom) Telemarketing to businesses to generate new business. Provide expert product advice across a luxury portfolio including taps, sinks, showers, cabinetry and more Create accurate quotes and follow up proactively to close sales Support account managers and external reps with client queries, pricing and product availability Manage and update CRM systems, customer records and sales reports Liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and excellent aftersales service Marketing Responsibilities: Support the execution of email campaigns, product launches and promotional materials Contribute content and ideas for social media, website and digital communications Assist in the coordination of showroom events, trade shows and new product showcases Gather and analyse customer feedback to help shape marketing strategy and campaigns Collaborate with design and branding teams to maintain a cohesive and premium brand image What Were Looking For: Experience in sales or trade counter roles (ideally in a premium or design-focused industry) A creative eye for marketing and experience supporting digital or in-store campaigns Passion for interiors, design and high-end living products Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to engage with customers professionally and confidently Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems and digital tools A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us? ?
