As the Catering Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the catering business with an annual turnover in the region of £1m. You will lead an inspire a permanent team of 7, with multiple casual staff on a regular basis
The ideal Catering Manager will also have the following experience/ skills;
Working within a management role for a minimum of 3 years.
Experience managing Coffee/ Deli Bars, Counter Service Restaurants and Events
High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery
Strong stakeholder management skills
