About the Role
Aspire Recruitment Consultants are proud to be working in partnership with our client a well-established and expanding organisation within the education sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment & HR Administrator to join their team and play a key role in managing recruitment and HR administration. The successful candidate will support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes within a busy and rewarding education environment.
It is an ideal position for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys a varied role and wants to make a positive impact in a values-led setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment process — creating engaging job adverts, posting vacancies, managing responses, arranging interviews, taking minutes, and supporting recruitment compliance.
* Liaise with and manage recruitment agencies; research effective job posting platforms and sourcing strategies.
* Undertake direct headhunting for specialist roles within the organisation.
* Act as point of contact for University placements and apprenticeships, including managing contracts and funding requirements.
* Oversee and manage the HR induction process through to completion.
* Process DBS applications and maintain accurate records.
* Provide general HR administrative support, including updating policies, procedures, and the staff handbook.
About You
* Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels.
* Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
* A background in HR processes, safer recruitment, or the education sector would be beneficial.

Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:45am–3:15pm / 9am–3:30pm)
Contract: Term time only (40 weeks per year)
