Yeomans Citroën Exeter are looking for a Sales Executive to join our busy team.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role, but it is not essential. You will be selling the exciting Citroën range of new and used vehicles and products, meeting sales targets while ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities include:
1. Sell the maximum number of new and used vehicles using an effective sales process, while achieving the best profit for the business.
2. Conduct accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.
3. Maintain showroom displays to the Citroën standard.
4. Prospect for new and used car customers regularly to create additional sales opportunities.
5. Follow the sales process precisely and consistently.
6. Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles, ensuring customers are fully briefed on vehicle operation and controls. Introduce customers to Aftersales staff and maintain regular contact for potential repeat business.
7. Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices, and key features of competitors.
8. Keep all customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation, and relevant data accurately and comprehensively.
9. Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales and engage in departmental promotions.
Qualifications and Skills
Professionalism, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills, and a full driving licence are essential.
