As we continue to grow and modernise, we are looking for a U2 Developer to help enhance and support the in-house applications that underpin our contact centre and client delivery. What You’ll Be Doing; Requirements Translator : Evaluate user requests and business specifications, then design screens and solutions that meet the real operational needs. Quality and Testing Partner : Follow documented programming standards and QA procedures, complete system testing, and support acceptance testing with internal and external stakeholders. Problem Solver : Troubleshoot issues by recreating user steps, identifying root causes, and implementing effective fixes to improve reliability and efficiency. Team and User Support : Provide technical assistance to the help desk and users, and work with other team members to resolve issues quickly and professionally. What You’ll Bring; You are a pragmatic developer who can work independently, communicate clearly, and still operate as part of a team delivering shared outcomes. You will bring: Strong UniBasic programming experience (U2 / UniData environment) Strong SB programming and report writing capability Strong understanding of database systems and data relationships Experience as a Programmer Analyst, including analysis, build, testing and documentation Clear written documentation skills and strong troubleshooting ability Australian work rights (required) The Mindset You’ll Have; Quality Focused : You take pride in doing things properly and following standards, testing disciplines and QA practices.
