Drive outbound activity to increase awareness of the range and generate additional sales
Support product launches: ensure pricing, documentation, and sales/marketing materials are in place
Work with internal stakeholders to create/maintain technical documentation and product information
Conduct market and competitor research to support commercial decisions
Manage/coordinate procurement for outsourced parts/products and supplier communication
Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory is maintained to meet demand (availability is critical)
Support promotions, exhibitions and occasional customer/supplier visits as the role evolves
Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes with strong attention to detail
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales (internal sales, technical sales, sales support with a strong commercial edge)
Comfortable working with technical products and engineering speak (mechanical mindset is important)
Strong administration and organisational discipline (this is essential)
Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on attitude
Able to work office-based; some travel may be required over time (exhibitions/suppliers)
Marine industry experience is helpful but not essential

A visible role where you can genuinely build something and see the impact of your work
A stable engineering business with strong ambition and growth potential
Varied responsibilities across sales, product support and operational coordination
Competitive salary and benefits, plus long-term development opportunities
