Job Description
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, Global Cybersecurity Sales, the Cybersecurity Services Sales Executive drives sales growth for Rockwell Automation’s Networks and Cyber Solutions within assigned accounts and/or industry verticals. You will provide sales leadership, industry expertise, and establish key business relationships. Your role involves engaging with customers, distributors, partners, and internal teams to identify challenges and deliver solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets for Connected Services, including Infrastructure, Virtualization, Cyber solutions, and Managed Services Contracts.
2. Manage and develop accurate sales forecasts and pipelines.
3. Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and scope of supply.
4. Leverage sales and marketing resources to identify opportunities and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
5. Provide regular status reports and monitor revenue and pipeline results.
6. Understand and promote products related to Networking, Infrastructure, Security, Virtualization, and Cyber Security Services across various industries.
7. Implement sales processes and participate in market analysis and strategy development.
8. Contribute to team development through training and participation in industry events.
9. Analyze market data to inform growth strategies and account planning.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
* 8+ years in consultative sales, preferably in automation, engineering services, or manufacturing.
* Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
* Strong technical and business acumen, including ROI and budget management.
* Experience in account penetration, executive selling, and strategy creation.
* Legal authorization to work in the EMEA region.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
* Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Computer Science.
* Certifications in Cyber Security standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, IEC 62443.
* Experience with vendor/partner relationships and strategic collaborations.
