What you'll do
Being a Total Reward Manager is about more than designing reward frameworks - it's your chance to shape a fair, engaging and competitive reward experience that supports Costa's bold ambitions. You'll be:
* Designing and delivering reward frameworks across pay, benefits, incentives, recognition and wellbeing.
* Translating reward strategy into simple, scalable solutions that leaders and employees trust.
* Using data and market insights to inform decisions, manage risk and guide evidence-based conversations.
* Partnering with People, Finance, Legal and external experts to ensure strong governance and compliance.
* Equipping leaders to make fair, transparent and consistent reward decisions that support performance and culture.

Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home-working with in-person collaboration whenever it matters most, whether that's a team moment, a creative session or coming together to share ideas.
We're excited to be moving into our new Support Centre home in St Albans in January 2027 - an inspiring space where our teams will connect in-person three days a week to bring our bold ambition to life.
